The biggest reason why people don’t take fitness in the right sense, is the lack of correct awareness of it. It is high time that people of our country understand that an early morning stroll in the nearest garden discussing the latest soap, or brisking around the corridor with eyes stuck on the cover page breaking news of the morning daily is actually not enough for fitness.

Another great reason for this is, the huge amount of quackery in the profession unfortunately prevalent in our country, where every second macho man is ready to call himself a fitness trainer, without even any touch or knowledge (qualification) of exercise science. Unfortunately our greatest role models for fitness are our movies, who portray a skinny thin picture of a woman and an all muscles picture of a man , knowing not in reality what  fitness means.
