To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies or postal department of the Government of India.
How much are the delivery charges?
PHYSIOTIMES doesn't charge you separately for delivery and the subscription charges are inclusive of the shipping charges.
How long does it take for an order to be processed?
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days from the date of placing the order. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is normally 7 to 8 working days from the date of dispatch. However, it may differ from one place to another. Once we ship the magazine, you will receive an email containing the dispatch details, that includes the name of the courier service/post and the docket /consignment number.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your magazine via Government Registered Parcel Postal Service.
Does PHYSIOTIMES deliver internationally?
PHYSIOTIMES doesn't deliver the hard copy of the magazines internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within India or you can opt for a soft copy pdf of our issue. You may also read the magazine through our mobile application.
What if I the magazine is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the magazine in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 8141585752 or email us at a email@example.com mentioning your Order ID.
We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the packing is intact when you send us the magazine back.
