I hope the first series gave a basic idea on advantages of using the water by its principles & mechanics. In this series I wish to highlight very briefly the effect of immersion on the physiology of human body, so that we have a comprehensive view to use water as an effective medium to influence the changes mechanically as well as physiologically. The various systems that can be influenced by water medium are Musculoskeletal, Neurological, Respiratory, Cardiovascular, Renal & Endocrine system.

Each of the system uses different inputs from the water to produce various changes within themselves. There is no one system which is less influenced than the other. Each System experiences certain properties or dynamics of water when the body is static or dynamic in water.
